RULES OF PARTICIPATION

1. The promotion begins on July 11, 2025 at 8:00pm and ends on September 14, 2025 at 11:59pm, once the participation period has ended or when the corresponding prizes have been exhausted; whichever occurs first. Purchase not required to participate or receive the prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

2. This promotion is valid only in Puerto Rico. Taxes, if any, that entail the acceptance of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Legal residents of Puerto Rico over 21 years of age can participate, except employees, family members, or individuals directly associated with T-Mobile Puerto Rico, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and their advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies. Family members up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second degree by affinity and persons who live with employees of T-Mobile Puerto Rico, or its affiliated or subsidiary entities, are not eligible to participate. Employees or contractors of corporations, associations and entities related to the development of the draw, production agencies, prize providers or distribution of the promotion product are also excluded from participation.

3. **Ways to participate: **Each night during the “The Residency: No me quiero ir de aquí” (“La Residencia”) concerts, attendees can participate in a T-Mobile® sponsored Sweepstakes. To participate, attendees must access the QR code that will appear on the screens of the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, as part of a T-Mobile® advertisement. Attendees should scan the QR Code and enter their name and phone number to participate. For this to happen, and to access the information form, the participant must authorize the activation of their cell phone's microphone. Only one entry per attendee per night. By accessing the QR Code, you're agreeing to these rules and consenting to provide the necessary information to complete your participation. The information obtained will be used solely for the purpose of completing participation.

4. **Winners: **There will be a total of thirty (30) winners, one each night of the show during The Residency. Each winner can win one of the following prizes: iPad 11th, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16E, Apple Watch, Apple Watch SE2, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. The total estimated value of the prizes fluctuates between $200 and $1,200.

5. The random draw by raffle will be held each night at the end of the concert, among all entries that meet these rules. Each night, one (1) winner and one (1) alternate winner will be selected to receive the prize if one of the winners does not redeem it. Winners will have five (5) days to accept the prize. If you don't respond within five (5) days, the prize will be awarded to one of the alternate winners.

6. The notification of the prize winners will be sent by text message on the Monday after the event weekend to the phone number provided in your entry, which will indicate the procedure and contacts to redeem your prize. The coordination of the awards will be done via email and later in person. To claim the prize, winners must present official personal identification such as: driver's license, voter card or passport. The winners will also subscribe to a release of liability and acceptance of the prize that will be provided by the sponsor.

7. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the person whose name appears as the sender on the winning entry. The Prize and all its components will not be transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. The prize winners agree, as a requirement for acceptance of the prize, to release T-Mobile Puerto Rico, Noah Assad, LLC, Rimas Entertainment, LLC, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, and all those associated with the development and execution of this promotion, from any liability in relation to, or in any way connected with, this promotion or the acceptance, or use/misuse of the prizes, including liability for personal mental, moral, or physical injury including serious bodily harm and death, damages of any nature, or financial loss. T-Mobile Puerto Rico, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, Noah Assad, LLC, Rimas Entertainment, LLC nor their advertising, promotion or public relations agencies, will not be responsible for damages, accidents or losses (direct, indirect or consequential) that may be suffered by the winners, a family member or any person in the use or enjoyment of the prize, or as a result of the use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, serious bodily harm or death. Any and all obligations for prize winners by T-Mobile Puerto Rico, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, Noah Assad, LLC, Rimas Entertainment, LLC will cease and be fully satisfied at the time of delivery of the redeemed prize. By accepting any of the prizes in this contest, participants certify that they meet all the requirements for participation and that they are not excluded by any of the prohibitions in these rules. The prizes will be awarded with the usual guarantees of the supplier of the product or service.

9. The winners grant the promoter, by the acceptance and use of the prize, the right to publish and advertise their name, voice and image, photograph or video in any advertising media in the country and the Internet, without any compensation whatsoever. Entries in the contest will be void and invalid if fraud, deception or material breach of these rules. Any entry that has been altered, falsified or otherwise tampered with (except for the participant's signature) to attempt to make it a winner or to deceive the promoters will be void and the holder will be referred to the government authorities for criminal prosecution and the participant will be disqualified. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to accept the strict application of these rules in all their terms and the decisions of the sponsors. All entries that entail prizes will become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned.

10. The promoter of this giveaway is T-Mobile Puerto Rico, LLC, T-Mobile Center B-7 Calle Tabonuco, Suite 700 Guaynabo, PR 00968-3349 787-754-1010 www.t-mobilepr.com. Prizes will be redeemed in person at the promoter's offices at the aforementioned address, and a validation document must be signed before receiving them. The handover of the prizes will take place at the Promoter's offices on a date that will be sent to the winners at a later date.

11. T-Mobile Puerto Rico reserves the absolute right to cancel this promotion, to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value, to modify the rules or dates of the promotion, when in its judgment and discretion it deems it necessary, without prior notice to participants, in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Noha Assad, LLC, Rimas Entertainment, LLC, do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. The user is aware that they are providing their information to T-Mobile, notwithstanding the data provided to these social networks simply by using them. The information provided will only be used to process the contestant's participation and to inform him/her of his/her selection, should they win.
