The promotion starts on 21 October 2022 at 6:00 p.m. and ends on 4 November 2022 at 6:59 p.m., at the end of the participation period or when the prizes for the promotion have been exhausted, whichever comes first. Purchase not required to participate or receive the prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. To take part, the participant must visit their favorite T-Mobile store and scan the barcode or QR Code, referring to the promotion, and fill out the form with their personal information, including name, email and phone number. One unique barcode or QR Code per store. Each scan of the code counts as an entry. To get more than one entry, you'll need to visit more than one T-Mobile store and scan the corresponding QR Code or barcode. There will be a total of two (2) prizes for two (2) winners, one winner for each of the two (2) games to be held in Puerto Rico in the month of November 2022.

This promotion is valid only in Puerto Rico. Taxes, when applicable, incurred by the acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winners. All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable in cash. Legal residents of Puerto Rico over 21 years of age, whether or not they are customers of T-Mobile Puerto Rico, except employees, family members, or persons directly related to T-Mobile Puerto Rico, award providers, and its advertising, public relations and promotion agencies, may participate. Family members up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second degree by affinity and persons who live with employees of T-Mobile Puerto Rico, or its affiliated or subsidiary entities, are not eligible to participate. Employees or contractors of corporations, associations and entities related to the development of the draw, production agencies, prize providers or distribution of the promotion product are also excluded from participation.

Prizes: Two (2) prizes, for two (2) winners, each consisting of the following: Four (4) tickets with VIP access with 4 “court side” seats, to see the Puerto Rico National Basketball Team, in its game against the Colombian National Team, to be held on November 11, 2022 for winner number one (1) and four (4) tickets with VIP access with 4 court side seats, to see the Puerto Rico National Basketball Team, in their game against the Uruguayan National Team to be held on November 14, 2022 for winner number two () and participate in a Meet and Greet, with the Puerto Rico National Basketball Team — (date of the Meet and Greet to be confirmed later), autographed memorabilia, merchandise referring to the Puerto Rico National Basketball Team and a cellular device with 5G capacity, worth up to $800.

The random draw will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022, among entries that comply with these rules. Two (2) winners and two (2) alternate winners will be selected to receive the prize if one of the winners does not redeem it. Prizes will be delivered in person at the address and on the date specified by the Promoter; they will not be sent by mail or by any other means. The prize does not include mobile service for the device awarded as a prize. The device has a standard limited warranty directly from Samsung.

The winners will be selected through the Random Number Generator. Once their eligibility has been verified, winners will be notified by private message or phone call to be held on November 8, 2022. Winners will have until noon, August 9, 2022 to collect the prizes. To claim the prize, the winner must present official personal identification, such as: driver's license, or passport. The winner will also subscribe to a release of liability and acceptance of the prize provided by the sponsor. Prizes shall be collected by the winners from the Promoter's offices as described in the following rules.

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the person whose name appears as the sender on the winning entry and, subject to validation of eligibility. The prize will not be replaced by any other item or prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the theft or loss of the prize once it has been awarded.

The prize winners agree, as a condition of prize acceptance, to release T-Mobile Puerto Rico, and each of their respective organizations, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all those associated with the development and execution of this promotion, from any liability in connection with, or in any way related to, this promotion or the acceptance or use/misuse of the prizes, including liability for personal, mental, moral, physical injury, including serious bodily injury and death, damages of any nature, or financial loss. Neither T-Mobile Puerto Rico, nor its advertising, promotional or public relations agencies, shall be liable for any damages, accidents or losses (direct, indirect or consequential) that may be suffered by the winner, a family member or any person in the use or enjoyment of the prize, or as a result of the use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, serious bodily injury or death. Any and all obligations to prize winners on the part of T-Mobile Puerto Rico shall cease and be fully satisfied upon delivery of the redeemed prize. The person redeeming any of the prizes in this contest confirms, by acceptance of the prize alone, that he or she meets all the requirements for participation and is not excluded by any of the prohibitions in these rules.

The winners grant the sponsors, by the acceptance and use of the prize, the right to publish and advertise their name, voice and image, photograph or video in any advertising media in the country and the Internet, without any compensation whatsoever. Contest entries will be void and invalid if it is determined that there was fraud or deception. Any entry that is altered, forged or otherwise manipulated (except for the entrant's signature) to purport to be a winning entry or to deceive the promoters will be deemed void and the holder will be submitted to governmental authorities for appropriate criminal proceedings and the entrant will be disqualified. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to accept the strict application of these rules in all their terms and the decisions of the sponsors. All entries that entail prizes will become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned.

The information provided will only be used to process the contestant's participation and to inform him/her of his/her selection, if they win.
