GIVEAWAY RULES –T-MOBILE CONNECTS WITH MOM AT T-MOBILE DISTRICT

1. The promotion begins on May 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on May 8, 2025 at 11:59 a.m., once the participation period has ended or when the corresponding prizes have been exhausted; whichever occurs first. Purchase not required to participate or receive the prize. To participate, the T-Mobile® Customer must follow the T-Mobile Puerto Rico account on Instagram and Tik Tok, comment on why you text mom, share the post in your stories, and tag us to increase your chances of participating.

2. This promotion is valid only in Puerto Rico. Taxes, if any, that entail the acceptance of the prize, are the responsibility of the winning person. All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable in cash. Legal residents of Puerto Rico over 21 years of age who are T-Mobile customers can participate, except employees, family members, or people directly related to T-Mobile Puerto Rico, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and its advertising, public relations and promotion agencies. Family members up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second degree by affinity and persons who live with employees of T-Mobile Puerto Rico, or its affiliated or subsidiary entities, are not eligible to participate. Employees or contractors of corporations, associations and entities related to the development of the draw, production agencies, prize providers or distribution of the promotion product are also excluded from participation.

3. Winners: There will be two (2) winners: one (1) selected from Instagram participants and one (1) from TikTok participants. Each winner will receive the following prizes: a $250.00 gift card to use at Mario Pagán's La Central in the T-Mobile District, and two tickets for the concert of their choice at the Coca-Cola Music Hall, valued at $200.00, for a total approximate value of $500.00 per prize.

4. The random draw will be held on May 9, 2025, among the entries that meet these rules. One (1) winner per platform (IG & Tik Tok) and one (1) alternate winner per platform (IG & Tik Tok) will be selected to award the prize in case one of the winners does not redeem it.

5. The prize winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and Tik Tok, which will provide the procedure and contacts to redeem their prize. The prizes will be awarded via email. To claim the prize, the winner must present/submit official personal identification such as: driver's license, voter card or passport. The winner will also subscribe to a release of liability and acceptance of the prize provided by the sponsor.

6. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the person whose name appears as the sender on the winning entry. The Prize and all its components will not be transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The prize winner agrees, as a requirement of acceptance of the prize, to release T-Mobile Puerto Rico, prize providers, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all those associated with the development and execution of this promotion, from any responsibility in relation to, or in any way related to, this promotion or the acceptance, or use/misuse of the prizes, including liability for personal, mental, moral or physical injury including serious bodily harm and death, damages of any nature, or financial loss. Neither T-Mobile Puerto Rico, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, nor their advertising, promotions or public relations agencies, will be responsible for damages, accidents or losses (direct, indirect or consequential) that the winner, a family member or any person may suffer in the use or enjoyment of the prize, or as a result of the use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, serious bodily harm or death. All and any obligation for prize winners by T-Mobile Puerto Rico, DDB Latina Puerto Rico, will cease and be fully satisfied at the time of delivery of the redeemed prize. The person redeeming any of the prizes in this contest confirms, by acceptance of the prize alone, that he or she meets all the requirements for participation and is not excluded by any of the prohibitions within these rules. The prizes will be awarded with the usual guarantees of the supplier of the product or service.

8. The winning person grants the sponsor, simply by accepting and using the prize, the right to publish, and announce their name, voice and image, photograph or video in any advertising medium in the country, and on the Internet, without any compensation whatsoever. Contest entries will be null and void if it is determined that fraud or cheating has occurred. Any entry that is altered, forged or otherwise manipulated (except for the entrant's signature) to purport to be a winning entry or to deceive the promoters will be deemed void, the holder will be submitted to governmental authorities for appropriate criminal proceedings and the entrant will be disqualified. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to accept the strict application of these rules in all their terms and the decisions of the sponsors. All entries that entail prizes will become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned.

9. The promoter of this raffle is T-Mobile Puerto Rico, LLC, T-Mobile Center B-7 Calle Tabonuco, Suite 700 Guaynabo, PR 00968-3349 787-754-1010 www.t-mobilepr.com. The prizes will be redeemed via email and a validation document must be signed prior to receiving it.

10. T-Mobile Puerto Rico reserves the absolute right to cancel this promotion, to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value, to modify the rules or dates of the promotion, when in its judgment and discretion it deems it necessary, without prior notice to participants, in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. The social networks Instagram and Tik Tok do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it. The information provided will only be used to process the contestant's participation and to inform him/her of his/her selection, should they win.
